WHAT IS BURN BY BRAE?
Burn By Brae is a home fragrance brand built around connection between scent, space and mood.
Each fragrance is created with a specific room and atmosphere in mind, so choosing a candle starts with how you want your space to feel.
WHAT ARE THE ATMOSPHERE AND PRIVATE COLLECTIONS ?
Atmosphere is warm, grounding and familiar. These fragrances are designed around the everyday feeling of home.
Private is clean, elevated and refined, with fragrances inspired by the feeling of getting away without leaving home.
Both collections include a bedroom, bathroom and kitchen + living fragrance.

Our mini sets are designed to give you an easy way to experience the fragrances before committing to a larger candle.

ARE YOUR FRAGRANCES STRONG ?
Burn By Brae candles are designed to create a noticeable atmosphere without overwhelming the room.
The experience will vary depending on room size, airflow and how long the candle has been burning.
DO THE CANDLES SMELL THE SAME IN THE JAR AS THEY DO WHEN BURNING?
Not always. A fragrance can develop as the candle warms and fills the room.
For the best understanding of each scent, we recommend experiencing it while burning according to the candle-care instructions.
ARE THE FRAGRANCES MADE FOR A SPECIFIC ROOM?
Yes.
Each fragrance is intentionally paired with a room. ( bedroom, bathroom or kitchen + livingroom)

WHAT WAX DO YOU USE ?
Burn By Brae candles are made with a coconut-apricot wax blend selected for a smooth, elevated finish and fragrance experience.
WHAT KIND OF WICK DO YOU USE ?
We use wooden wicks.
The wooden wick adds to the sensory experience and can create a subtle crackling sound while burning.
WHAT CANDLE SIZES DO YOU OFFER ?
Burn By Brae is launching with 2.5 oz mini candles, including our three-candle sets.
Larger sizes will be introduced as the collection expands.
WHY START WITH THE MINIS ?
Because finding your scent should be part of the experience.
The mini sets let you experience multiple fragrances and find the one that fits your space before moving into a larger candle.
HOW SHOULD I BURN MY CANDLE FOR THE FIRST TIME ?
Allow the first burn to create an even melt pool across the surface of the wax.
This helps the candle burn more evenly during future uses.
HOW LONG SHOULD I BURN MY CANDLE ?
For safety and the best candle performance, don't leave a candle burning unattended or burn it for excessively long periods.
Follow the specific burn-time and care instructions included with your candle.
SHOULD I TRIM MY WOODEN WICK ?
Yes. Allow the candle to cool completely, then remove excess charred material from the wick before the next burn.
Keep the wick at the recommended length listed on your candle-care instructions.
WHY IS MY WOODEN WICK NOT STAYING LIT ?
Wooden wicks can be sensitive to excess wax buildup and wick length.
Before relighting, allow the candle to cool and remove excess debris from the wick. Make sure the wick isn't buried too deeply in wax.
CAN I LEAVE MY CANDLE BURNING WHILE I LEAVE THE ROOM ?
No.
Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep it away from anything flammable, children and pets, and place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
WHAT SHOULD I DO WHEN MY CANDLE IS FINISHED ?
Once the candle has completely cooled, you can clean the vessel and repurpose it for small items around your home.
